Mo Lights was started by Chase Mosier, a Lake Tahoe local based in Incline Village. Chase has called the Tahoe area home for years, his family is here, and he knows firsthand how special the holidays feel in this part of the world.

The lights belong to Mo Lights. Your $6.50/ft covers the full season of use, professional installation, takedown in January, and storage until next year. You get a beautifully lit home without buying or storing anything. If you would like to purchase the lights outright at the end of a season, just ask and we can work something out.
Takedown happens during January. At the time of your install appointment, you will schedule your takedown date on the spot, so you know exactly when we are coming back before we even leave. We remove everything cleanly, pack the lights into storage, and your home will be clear well before the end of January.
New customers pay a $100 deposit via Stripe at the time of booking. This holds your install slot and applies toward your total balance on install day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice and we will refund the deposit in full. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the $100 deposit, since that slot could have gone to another family.
Tahoe weather is what it is and we all know it. If snow or ice makes it unsafe to install on your scheduled date, we will reach out to reschedule to the next available window. No fees, no fuss. We build small weather buffers into the schedule during peak weeks so a snow day does not cascade into a long delay.
You pay a $100 deposit at booking via Stripe, which applies toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation once the lights are up and looking great. We invoice via Stripe and accept credit or debit card. Cash is also fine.
The online estimate gives you a solid ballpark. We confirm exact footage on-site during your install and walk you through the final price before we start. Most homes come in very close to the online figure. If your roofline is more complex than expected, we discuss any adjustment with you transparently before touching a ladder.

As early as you can. We take on a limited number of homes each season and the calendar fills quickly in October and early November. Once we are full, we cannot take new appointments. Book now to lock in your date with just the $100 deposit.
Just reach out to us and we will take care of it. We use commercial-grade Minleon V2 LED bulbs that are built to last, but if anything goes out or a connection becomes loose during the season, contact us by phone or email and we will schedule a quick service visit. We stand behind the install and want your lights looking great all the way through the holidays.
